Recon Extension Beta

For Heesab Recon Check-Off Assist beta support, include:

• Your business name.
• The QuickBooks company file name shown in QuickBooks Online.
• Whether you were using production QuickBooks or sandbox QuickBooks.
• The statement month and bank account you were reconciling.
• A short description of the issue and any visible error message.

Do not email activation tokens, QuickBooks passwords, bank login credentials, or full unredacted bank statements unless Heesab support specifically asks for a secure transfer method.

Response Expectations

Pilot and beta support is handled on a best-efforts basis. Heesab may request additional information to troubleshoot account connection, billing access, activation, matching, or reconciliation workflow issues.
